PDF 413 KB Decision: That the Executive Member supports the officer’s recommendation that: - Blackburn with Darwen Highway Authority begin offering residents the option to pay for the installation of an EV Cross Footpath Channel (Cable Channel) to facilitate EV Charging for residents without off-street parking. It is noted, in the absence of any certainty of take-up of this offer, that a waiver from the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules is to be granted to allow use of the ACO product for this purpose and that this will be subject to review no later than the 3^rd anniversary of the availability of this offer.
