The Executive Member: • Approved the procurement for a new provider for CCTV Engineering and the supply of equipment through an open tender process for 1 year with the option to extend for a further 6 number 1-year periods. • Delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Environment and Communities to award the contract for Engineering services and the supply of Equipment in accordance with the Council’s contract procurement rules, as set out in this report.

The Executive Member: Approved the proposed procurement strategy for the tendering exercise to obtain prices and appoint a suitably qualified Production Company to undertake the delivery of King Georges Hall annual Pantomime.
