57.	Welcome and Apologies Minutes: The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were received from Cllrs Jacquie Slater and Jon Baldwin.
58.	Minutes of the Previous Meeting PDF 149 KB Minutes: RESOLVED – That the minutes of the previous meeting held on 14^th December 2023 were signed and agreed as a correct record.
59.	Declaration of Interest PDF 13 KB Minutes: RESOLVED – There were no Declarations of Interest received.

In considering the applications, the Committee took into account representations or submissions provided by individuals with the Officers answering points raised during discussion thereon

Enforcement View the reasons why item 61. is restricted Minutes: A report was submitted to obtain authorisation for enforcement action against all persons having an interest in the land at Shadsworth Business Centre, Off School Lane, Guide, Blackburn. Background information including grounds for the request were outlined in the report. RESOLVED – Authorisation was granted for the enforcement to be undertaken at Shadsworth Business Park.
62.	Enforcement Minutes: A report was submitted to obtain authorisation for enforcement action against all persons having an interest in the land at Southwest side of Johnson Road, adjacent to Shaws of Darwen, Waterside. Background information including grounds for the request were outlined in the report. RESOLVED – Authorisation was granted for the enforcement to be undertaken at Southwest side of Johnson Road, adjacent to Shaws of Darwen, Waterside.
