15.	Urgent Business An item of urgent business may only be considered under this heading where, by reason of special circumstances to be recorded in the Minutes, the Chairman of the meeting is of the opinion that the Item should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency. Wherever possible, the Secretary of the Panel should be given advance warning of any Members intention to raise a matter under this heading.
16.	Date of Next Meeting The next scheduled meeting of the Panel will take place on Monday 7th December 2020 at6.30pm in Meeting Room A, Blackburn Town Hall (or via Remote Meeting). Also on 7^th December, ahead of the meeting, there will be a Confirmation Hearing for the new Chief Constable.
