11. Wherever possible, the Secretary of the Panel should be given advance warning of any Members intention to raise a matter under this heading.
12.	Dates of Next Meetings Meeting due to be held on 17^th January 2022 cancelled following a request from the Commissioners Office, this will now be held on 1^st February 2022, time and location to be agreed at today’s meeting. The ‘if required’ meeting, dependent on the Precept decision, will now take place on 15^th February 2022, time and location to be agreed at today’s meeting.
