To approve as a correct record and to sign the minutes of the meeting held on 26^th July 2021.

To receive a presentation from the Leader of the Council on the progress on the corporate performance. A copy of the report considered by the Executive Board in June is attached and members will receive an update at the meeting.

To receive a presentation from the Executive Member for Finance and Governance on the Councils Revenue and Capital Budget 2021/2. The reports considered by the Executive Board are attached and an update will be given to the meeting by the Executive Member. The Committee will also receive an update on the effects of COVID on the budget.

To receive an update on the work of the People and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committees. A further update will be given to the Committee on the additional meeting of the People Overview and Scrutiny Committee that takes place on 6th October 2021.
