To consider and if thought appropriate to exclude the press and public from the meeting by virtue of paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 ( Access to Information) (Variation) Order2006- information relating to an individual.

To approve as a correct record and to sign the minutes of the meetings held on 28^th April and 18^th May 2021.
