RESOLVED - Members were requested to Defer the determination of the planning application to the next available Committee meeting, to allow for the issues relating to the coal mining entries to be fully assessed by the Coal Authority.

A report was submitted informing the Committee of the receipt of a petition relating to Planning Application 10/19/0365, the grounds for which were outlined in the report submitted.

 

One petition containing 303 signatures against the proposal was received on 21st June 2019.

 

The Committee was updated that the Development Manager had received notification, prior to the meeting, that the applicant had now withdrawn their application.

 

RESOLVED - That the Committee note the report and subsequent update.

A report was submitted seeking authorisation to take enforcement action against all persons having an interest in 45 Notre Dame Gardens, Blackburn.
