To receive a verbal introduction from Emma Ford, Deputy Director, Children’s Social Care.

For the Group to receive an Executive Summary on the Participation & Voice Strategy 2021 – 2024, provided by Liz Clarkson and Care Leavers.

For the Group to receive an Executive Summary on the Corporate Parenting Strategy provided by Jayne Ivory, Director Children’s Services & Education.

For the Group to review and consider the latest monitoring reports on Looked After Children in the Borough provided by Judith Fennell.

Judith Fennell and Emma Ford to update the Group on the number of Cared for Children, from other Local Authorities, placed within Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. 

To receive a verbal update from Foster Carer’s Paula Quinn and Sam Briggs.
