1.1 The purpose of this report is to report to the Executive Board the overall revenue financial position of the Council for the year ended 31st March 2024, highlighting any significant uses and explaining variations in the final quarter of the financial year. Also to determine the year end position with regard to portfolio under/overspends and the impact on earmarked and unallocated reserves.
