Consultation process
Two public exhibitions took place on the
project in late January / early February 2019, and feedback has
been fed into the scheme and design.
Planning Applications have also been submitted (Haslingden Road
10/19/0887 and Blackamoor Rad 10/19/0888) and will be considered by
the Council's Planning Committee in December 2019.
